Text

It is unlawful for any employer to assess a fine on any pretext against any employee and retain the same or any part thereof from his wages. An employer who violates this section commits a Class C infraction. Formerly: Acts 1899, c.124, s.3. As amended by Acts 1978, P.L.2, SEC.2207; Acts 1981, P.L.209, SEC.1.
