§ 22-2-20-4 — "Employer"

Indiana·Art. 2 WAGES, HOURS, AND BENEFITS·Ch. 20 Employee Absence to Attend Certain Meetings

As used in this chapter, "employer" means the following:

(1)A sole proprietor, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other entity with one (1) or more employees.
(2)A state agency.
(3)A political subdivision (as defined in IC 36-1-2-13).
