§ 22-2-2-13 — Collective bargaining agreements; applicability
The equal pay provisions of section 4 of this
chapter shall not apply to employees covered by a bona fide collective
bargaining agreement in effect on March 2, 1965, until the termination
of such collective bargaining agreement or July 1, 1968, whichever
shall occur first.
