§ 22-2-13-2 — "Armed forces of the United States"
As used in this chapter, "armed forces of the United States" means the active or reserve components of the:
(1)United States Army;
(2)United States Navy;
(3)United States Air Force;
(4)United States Coast Guard;
(5)United States Marine Corps;
(6)United States Space Force; or
(7)Merchant Marine.
