§ 22-15-7-1 — Inspection program; erection and operation of devices
The department shall carry out a program of
periodic on-site inspections of the erection and operation of regulated
amusement devices. These inspections are not a prerequisite for
operation of a device that is covered by a regulated amusement device
operating permit.
