§ 22-14-7-5 — "Quality control and quality assurance program"
Indiana·Art. 14 FIRE SAFETY LAWS: ENFORCEMENT·Ch. 7 Reduced Ignition Propensity Standards for Cigarettes
As used in this chapter, "quality control and quality assurance program" means the laboratory procedures implemented to ensure that:
(1)operator bias, systematic and nonsystematic methodological
errors, and equipment related problems do not affect the results
of the testing; and
(2)the testing repeatability remains within the required
repeatability values in section 13(f) of this chapter for all test
trials used to certify cigarettes under this chapter.
