§ 22-14-7-20 — Implementation by state fire marshal
Indiana·Art. 14 FIRE SAFETY LAWS: ENFORCEMENT·Ch. 7 Reduced Ignition Propensity Standards for Cigarettes
Subject to the requirements of this chapter,
the state fire marshal shall implement this chapter in a manner to obtain
uniformity with the implementation and substance of the New York
Fire Safety Standards for Cigarettes (N.Y. Exec. Law Section 156-c).
