Text
Except as provided in section 19 of this chapter, cigarettes may not be sold or offered for sale in Indiana unless the cigarettes:
(1)have been tested according to the test method and meet the
performance standard specified in section 13 or 15 of this chapter;
(2)have been certified under section 21 of this chapter; and
(3)have been marked under section 23 of this chapter.
