§ 22-14-7-1 — "Agent"
Indiana·Art. 14 FIRE SAFETY LAWS: ENFORCEMENT·Ch. 7 Reduced Ignition Propensity Standards for Cigarettes
As used in this chapter, "agent" means a person
authorized by the department of state revenue to purchase and affix
stamps (as defined by IC 6-7-1-9) on packages of cigarettes.
