§ 22-13-4-4 — Minor construction; exemptions
Indiana·Art. 13 FIRE SAFETY, BUILDING, AND EQUIPMENT·Ch. 4 Standards for Building Rules; Exemption From Design
The commission may adopt building rules that
exempt minor construction (as defined in the rules adopted by the
commission) from the design release requirement under IC 22-15-3 and
the regulated lifting device installation or alteration permit requirement
under IC 22-15-5.
