§ 22-13-2-9 — Power of political subdivisions to regulate; limitation
Indiana·Art. 13 FIRE SAFETY, BUILDING, AND EQUIPMENT·Ch. 2 Rules; Variances; Review of State and Local Rules,
Except as provided in section 10 of this chapter, political subdivisions do not have the power to regulate regulated:
(1)amusement devices;
(2)boilers;
(3)lifting devices; and
(4)pressure vessels.
