§ 22-13-2-5 — License for low voltage thermostat
Indiana·Art. 13 FIRE SAFETY, BUILDING, AND EQUIPMENT·Ch. 2 Rules; Variances; Review of State and Local Rules,
A:
(1)state agency; or
(2)political subdivision;
may not require a person or entity to obtain or maintain, or both, a
license in order to install or maintain a low voltage thermostat of fifty
(50)volts or less.
