Text

(a)The commission may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this article, IC 22-12, IC 22-14, and IC 22-15.
(b)Any power of the state fire marshal or the department to adopt rules to implement this article, IC 22-12, IC 22-14, and IC 22-15 shall be exercised by the commission.
