§ 22-12-7-1 — Application of chapter
Indiana·Art. 12 FIRE SAFETY, BUILDING, AND EQUIPMENT·Ch. 7 Administrative Adjudication; Special Judicial
This chapter applies to the commission, the
education board, and every officer, employee, and agent of an office or
division within the department whenever the person has authority to
administer or enforce a law under IC 22-11 through IC 22-15, IC 35-47.5, or IC 36-8-10.5.
