§ 22-12-3-8 — Per diem; expenses

(a)Each member of the education board who
is not a state employee is entitled to the minimum salary per diem
provided by IC 4-10-11-2.1(b) for attendance at meetings of the
education board where at least a quorum of its members are present,
unless the member is a state employee. Such a member of the education
board is also entitled to reimbursement for travel expenses and other
expenses actually incurred in connection with attending a meeting of
the education board where at least a quorum of its members are
present, as provided in the state travel policies and procedures
established by the department of administration and approved by the
state budget agency.
(b)Each member of the education board who is a state employee is
