§ 22-12-2-6 — Meetings; quorum; voting; electronic participation
Indiana·Art. 12 FIRE SAFETY, BUILDING, AND EQUIPMENT·Ch. 2 Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission
(a)The commission shall meet at least
quarterly.
(b)A quorum of the commission consists of seven (7) members. IC 4-21.5-3-3 applies to a commission action governed by IC 4-21.5.
(c)The affirmative vote of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the
commission members present and voting is necessary for purposes of
adopting a rule under IC 4-22-2.
(d)A commission member may participate in a meeting by
electronic means in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-3.6.
