Text
(a)The governor shall appoint a member of the
commission to be the commission's chair.
(b)The member appointed by the governor serves as the
commission's chair at the governor's pleasure.
(c)The commission shall, from the commission's members, elect a
vice chair of the commission. The vice chair shall, in the absence of the
chair, perform the duties of the chair.
