§ 22-12-2-4 — Vacancies; appointment
Indiana·Art. 12 FIRE SAFETY, BUILDING, AND EQUIPMENT·Ch. 2 Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission
If a vacancy occurs on the commission, the
governor shall appoint an individual to serve the unexpired term of the
vacating member.
