Text

8. "Bunkhouse" means a building or structure:

(1)under one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet;
(2)that is intended to be occupied or used by not more than twelve (12) occupants;
(3)that includes at least one (1) bathroom that may be supplied by a well. However, due to the location of the building or structure, access to a public water supply is not readily available;
(4)that does not include a kitchen or fireplace; and
(5)where the occupants are primarily transient in nature.
