Text
7. "Qualified entity" means:
(1)a volunteer fire department (as defined in IC 36-8-12-2);
(2)the executive of a township providing fire protection under IC 36-8-13-3(a)(1); or
(3)a municipality providing fire protection to a township under
IC 36-8-13-3(a)(2) or IC 36-8-13-3(a)(3).
