Text
This chapter does not prohibit a county
having a unified license bond, or a city or town within that county,
from requiring licenses to do business in that county, city or town.
However, the initial license fee charged by a county, or a city or town
within that county, may not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) and the
license renewal fee may not exceed fifty dollars ($50).
