§ 22-11-20-6 — Illegal storage or transportation of ammonia
(a)This section does not apply to a person
that stores or transports anhydrous ammonia (NH3) or an ammonia
solution for a lawful agricultural or commercial purpose.
(b)A person who knowingly or intentionally stores or transports
anhydrous ammonia (NH3) or an ammonia solution:
(1)in a container that does not; or
(2)with appurtenances that do not;
conform to the requirements of a law governing the design,
construction, location, installation, or operation of equipment for
storage, handling, use, or transportation of anhydrous ammonia (NH3)
or an ammonia solution commits a Class A misdemeanor.
