5.
(a)The coal mine map required by section
1.5 of this chapter and any revision of or supplement to the coal mine
map shall be available for inspection by:
(1)the director or the director's authorized representative;
(2)miners in the mine;
(3)operators of adjacent coal mines; and
(4)persons owning, leasing, or residing on surface areas of such
mines or areas adjacent to such mines.
(b)The operator shall furnish to the director one (1) or more copies
of each map and of any revision or supplement.
(c)Every map, revision, or supplement furnished to the director
shall be kept confidential, and the contents shall not be divulged to any
person except to the extent necessary to carry out the provisions of this
chapter.
