On July 1, 1985, all powers, duties, and liabilities of:
(1)the department of mines and mining;
(2)the board established under IC 22-10-1-5 (before its repeal);
and
(3)the certification board established under IC 22-10-3-7 (before
its repeal);
are transferred to the mining board established by P.L.37-1985.
