Text

Any rule of:

(1)the department of mines and mining;
(2)the board established under IC 22-10-1-5 (before its repeal); or
(3)the certification board established under IC 22-10-3-7 (before its repeal); filed with the secretary of state before July 1, 1985, shall be treated after June 30, 1985, as if it had been adopted by the mining board established by P.L.37-1985.
