§ 22-1-5-12 — Application of chapter
This chapter applies to a placement agency, but does not apply to a:
(1)hospital (as defined in IC 16-18-2-179);
(2)health facility (as defined in IC 16-18-2-167(a)); or
(3)home health agency (as defined in IC 16-18-2-173).
