Text
The Commissioner of Labor shall prepare job
specifications for the use of the Department of Administration which
specifications shall be considered as advisory and may be amended and
changed by the Department of Administration, provided however, that
job experience may be substituted for education and that job
experience shall be considered in the preparation of specifications, and
the consideration of job applicants.
