Each bureau is under the immediate charge of a director who is under the immediate charge of the commissioner. A director for each bureau shall be appointed by the commissioner of labor with the approval of the governor. Formerly: Acts 1945, c.334, s.6. As amended by P.L.215-1989, SEC.2.
