Text
The authority shall prepare an annual report for
the education savings programs and services and promptly transmit the
annual report to the governor and the general assembly. The authority
shall make available, upon request, copies of the annual report to
qualified beneficiaries, account owners, and the public. A report
transmitted under this section to the general assembly must be in an
electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
