§ 21-12-1-5 — "Approved secondary school"
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 12 GENERAL SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS·Ch. 1 General Provisions; Definitions
"Approved secondary school" means:
(1)a public high school located in Indiana; and
(2)any school, located in or outside Indiana, that in the judgment
of the secretary of education provides a course of instruction at
the secondary level and maintains standards of instruction
substantially equivalent to those of public high schools located in
Indiana.
