§ 21-9-4-13 — Conflicts of interest
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 9 EDUCATION SAVINGS PROGRAMS·Ch. 4 Authority Board of Directors and Officers
Notwithstanding any other law, it is not a
conflict of interest or violation of any other law for a person to serve as
a member of the authority. However, a member shall disclose a conflict
of interest relating to actions of the authority as required and in a
manner provided by IC 35-44.1-1-4.
