§ 21-7-13-2 — "Academic term"
"Academic term":
(1)for purposes of this title (other than IC 21-40), has the
meaning set forth in IC 21-12-1-2; and
(2)for purposes of IC 21-40, has the meaning set forth in IC 21-40-1-2.
