§ 21-7-12-6 — Reference to repealed statutes
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 7 STATE UNIVERSITIES·Ch. 12 Effect of Recodification by the Act of the 2007 Regular
Subject to section 9 of this chapter, a reference
in a statute or rule to a statute that is repealed and replaced in the same
or a different form in the recodification act of the 2007 regular session
of the general assembly shall be treated after the effective date of the
new provision as a reference to the new provision.
