§ 21-49-4-2 — Review of state educational institution status report; commission for higher education report to budget committee
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 49 POSTSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL·Ch. 4 State Educational Institution Information Reporting
Not later than November 1, 2024, the commission for higher education shall do the following:
(1)Review the information submitted by the institutions under
section 1 of this chapter.
(2)Submit a report to the budget committee regarding consistent
definitions, guidelines, and parameters that would allow the
information submitted under section 1 of this chapter to be
compared across state educational institutions and academic
years.
This section expires July 1, 2025.
