§ 21-49-3-3 — Noncompliance
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 49 POSTSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL·Ch. 3 Information Provided to the Department of Education
If an out-of-state public or nonprofit degree granting institution fails to comply with this chapter, the:
(1)department may notify the executive officer of the commission
regarding the noncompliance; and
(2)executive officer of the commission may revoke the
authorization granted under IC 21-18-12.2 to the out-of-state
public or nonprofit degree granting institution.
