§ 21-49-3-2 — Provision of information to department
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 49 POSTSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL·Ch. 3 Information Provided to the Department of Education
Each private postsecondary educational institution and each out-of-state public and nonprofit degree granting institution that offers instructional or educational services or training in Indiana shall provide to the department, in a manner, form, and frequency prescribed by the department, the following:
(1)Information necessary, as determined by the department, to
carry out IC 20-19-3-22.3.
(2)Any information the department requests to carry out IC 20-31-8-5.5.
