Text
(a)Requests for any increases in funds for the
expansion or other alteration of the facilities of the laboratory
including:
(1)all changes in policies, including approval of a charge for any
services furnished by the laboratory or the level of the charges; or
(2)the establishment of branch laboratories;
must originate from the Indiana state board of animal health, subject to
the written approval of the treasurer of Purdue University.
(b)The proceeds from the fees under this chapter may not be used
for faculty salaries. All fees collected must be deposited into a separate
fund within the treasury of Purdue University.
