§ 21-45-2-1 — School of public health
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 45 LIFE SCIENCES RESEARCH AND EDUCATION·Ch. 2 Public Health Department
The board of trustees of Indiana University
may establish a school of public health. The board of trustees shall
provide adequate equipment and competent personnel for the school of
public health. The school of public health may use any property
acquired before July 1, 2007, by Indiana University for the medical
school department of public health.
