§ 21-45-1-2 — "Center"
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 45 LIFE SCIENCES RESEARCH AND EDUCATION·Ch. 1 General Provisions; Definitions
"Center":
(1)for purposes of IC 21-45-4, refers to an adult stem cell
research center established under IC 21-45-4-1 to carry out the
duties specified by IC 21-45-4; and
(2)for purposes of IC 21-45-5, refers to a spinal cord and head
injury research center established under IC 21-45-5.
