Text
(a)The board may award grants to fund
infrastructure costs for an entity to expand graduate medical education.
(b)The board may require an entity receiving a grant described in
this section to financially participate in the infrastructure expenses in
an amount not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the infrastructure
expenses.
(c)The board may not distribute funds under this chapter to directly
fund residency slots.
