§ 21-44-7-1 — Application of definitions
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 44 MEDICAL EDUCATION SYSTEM·Ch. 7 Graduate Medical Education Board and Fund
The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:
(1)"Board" refers to the graduate medical education board
established by section 2 of this chapter.
(2)"Fund" refers to the graduate medical education fund
established by section 8 of this chapter.
