§ 21-44-5-17 — Use of funding for family practice resident education

Funding for family practice residency programs must be used to provide supplemental support to eligible hospitals on behalf of the education of family medicine residents in accordance with the policies recommended by the board. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-30-3 part.]
