The centers shall be known as the following:
(1)Indiana University School of Medicine-Northwest-Gary.
(2)Indiana University School of Medicine-Fort Wayne.
(3)Indiana University School of Medicine-West Lafayette.
(4)Indiana University School of Medicine-Evansville.
(5)Indiana University School of Medicine-South Bend.
(6)Indiana University School of Medicine-Terre Haute.
(7)Indiana University School of Medicine-Muncie.
