Text
All eligible institutions that are not open enrollment eligible institutions shall require:
(1)"A" through "F" grade based assessments for each course
required to graduate; or
(2)another merit based system that:
(A)assesses a student based on the quality of the student's
academic work; and
(B)is applied uniformly and equally to all students.
