§ 21-44-1-4 — "Cadaver"

Text

"Cadaver" means a whole human postmortem
body that:
(1) has been donated under IC 29-2-16.1;
(2) is unclaimed by a relative or other legal representative and
that would otherwise be required to be buried at public expense;
or
(3) is otherwise legally procured by the Indiana University School
of Medicine.
