§ 21-44-1-2 — "Anatomical education program"

"Anatomical education program" means a program that provides for the:
(1)acquisition of cadavers for educational purposes for use in
health education programs at postsecondary educational
institutions;
(2)distribution of the cadavers to eligible institutions;
(3)use of the cadavers for educational purposes by eligible
institutions; and
(4)final disposition of the cadavers.
