§ 21-43-4-6 — Information concerning program
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 43 DUAL ENROLLMENT; COLLEGE CREDIT·Ch. 4 Postsecondary Enrollment Program
Before February 1 each year, a school corporation shall provide a student in grades 8, 9, 10, and 11 with information concerning postsecondary enrollment opportunities, if:
(1)the information is requested by the student; or
(2)the school corporation believes that providing the information
would benefit the student.
