Text

If:

(1)a school corporation;
(2)a charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-4);
(3)a state accredited nonpublic school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-18.7); or
(4)an eligible school (as defined in IC 20-51-1-4.7); has approved a course offered by an eligible institution for secondary credit, a student is entitled to secondary credit toward graduation requirements for each course the student successfully completes at the eligible institution. The student's high school transcript must reflect that the secondary credits were earned at an eligible institution. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-30-11-4(c).]
