§ 21-43-4-2 — Actions not prohibited
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 43 DUAL ENROLLMENT; COLLEGE CREDIT·Ch. 4 Postsecondary Enrollment Program
This chapter does not prohibit:
(1)a student from enrolling in or attending an education program
when the student is not required to be in attendance at the
student's school corporation;
(2)a school corporation from:
(A)providing a supplemental postsecondary education program
to students; and
(B)permitting a student to attend an education program during
the regular school day or regular school year; or
(3)an eligible institution from permitting a student of a school
corporation to enroll in or attend a course offered or sponsored by
the eligible institution.
