§ 21-43-4-19 — Duties of department
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 43 DUAL ENROLLMENT; COLLEGE CREDIT·Ch. 4 Postsecondary Enrollment Program
(a)The department of education, in
consultation with the commission for higher education, shall:
(1)establish guidelines to carry out this chapter; and
(2)evaluate postsecondary enrollment opportunities annually and
report to the Indiana state board of education concerning the
postsecondary enrollment opportunities.
(b)The guidelines established under this section must encourage
participation by students:
(1)at all achievement levels; and
(2)in a variety of academic and vocational subjects.
